I have now retired after a long career in the NHS as a Biomedical Scientist. I’m enjoying the freedom that retirement brings and love spending my time surrounded by beautiful countryside, nature and wildlife in a peaceful rural environment. I’m enjoying a calm serene environment after a lifetime of commuting, traffic queues and a very busy job! Time to explore now! I’d like to meet someone with a similar outlook who is happy to form a friendship initially and see what happens!

Someone who enjoys nature and the outdoors, who is laid back and has realised that life is too short for drama and stress! A retired person who has free time for week day activities and walks.
